We start with breakfast, then depart for a guided tour of Geneva, the world’s center of international diplomacy.

We begin at the city’s iconic Jet d’Eau fountain, shooting water 140 meters high. We explore City Hall, the charming Old Town with its Cathedral, the European UN headquarters, the spot where Empress Sissi spent her final moments, and the city’s beautiful lakeside parks.

Free time follows in this stunning city on Lake Geneva’s shores, before we return to our hotel.

We start with breakfast, then embark on a guided tour of Lausanne, home to the International Olympic Committee.

We explore the historic center, dominated by Place de la Palud and Notre-Dame Cathedral, plus the charming narrow streets from the 18th and 19th centuries. Crossing idyllic Swiss farms, we visit the picturesque village of Gruyères, world-famous for its cheeses.

We continue along the lake to cosmopolitan Montreux, a glamorous early-20th-century resort for the elite and host of its renowned summer music festival. Next, we tour Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva’s shores in Veytaux—long and narrow at 110 meters by 50 meters, with a 25-meter tower.

Our final stop is picturesque Vevey, headquarters of Nestlé. We head to Zurich, check into our hotel late afternoon, and suggest an evening walk around the city with our guide. Overnight.

We start with breakfast, then transfer by road to Chur, where we board the famous Rhaetian Railway’s Glacier Express train to glamorous St. Moritz (individual expenses).

This unique route showcases the proverbial snowy Alpine landscapes. St. Moritz epitomizes the ultimate winter resort, with authentic cosmopolitan charm and a favored spot among the elite aristocracy.

Enjoy free time to wander its wonderful chalets, cobblestone alleys, luxurious shops, and chic cafés and restaurants. In the afternoon, we return by road to Zurich.

We start with breakfast, then depart for the Schaffhausen area, home to the impressive Rhine Falls—just after the river exits Lake Constance.

Crossing into Germany, we visit the tiny, doll-like riverside village of Stein am Rhein. We return to Zurich to tour the city of banks, beginning with the Gothic Fraumünster Church, adorned with stunning Marc Chagall stained-glass windows.

We continue through the historic Old Town’s narrow streets, glamorous Bahnhofstrasse with its grand banks, luxury shops, and elegant cafés, and the beautiful lakeside promenade. We then head to the airport for our return flight.
